Mango Salad

  • 2 cubed mangos
  • 2 cuped avocados
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 small red onion chopped
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cooking with Greens Hawaiian Island Blend
  • 1/4 tsp Cooking with Greens Pink Himalayan sea salt

Mix all ingredients and serve. Taste and reseason if necessary
