Chicken Rice Stewp (Stew+Soup)

  • 1 lb of cooked chicken shredded
  • 5 to 6 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 cup of uncooked rice
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1.5 cups baby carrots sliced
  • 1/4 cabbage sliced
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1.5 tbsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Italian seasoning Blend
  • 1.5 tbsp Cooking with Greens Herb Blend
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Go To Blend
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Cooking With Greens pink Himalayan sea salt
Heat a large stockpot and add olive oil, bay leaves, onion, garlic, carrots and celery. Cook until onion becomes translucent. Add in rice and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Add chicken and remaining seasonings. Add broth and cabbage and bring to boil. Add in spinach. Cook for 10 minutes or until rice is done and serve.
