- 3 room temperature eggs separated
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Go To seasoning
- 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks. Add softened cream cheese, salt and Go To seasoning. Whisk together well. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites and cream of tartar until egg whites are stiff and form peaks. Carefully fold egg whites into the yolks. Place about 1/4 cup or more of the mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper. should make 6 buns. Bake for 25 minutes. Take out of oven and allow to cool. Bread can be frozen, but will stick together if placed in refrigerator without wax paper.
