Introduction

There’s nothing like a warm, cheesy biscuit to make any meal extra special. These Easy Cheddar Bay Biscuits are quick to whip up using Bisquick, shredded cheese, and signature Cooking with Greens seasonings. Finished with a buttery chive topping, they’re perfect for weeknight dinners, holidays, or anytime you crave a savory treat—ready in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick Mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 Tbsp butter, divided
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking with Greens Go To Blend
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking with Greens Seafood Blend
  • Chopped chives, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine Bisquick mix, shredded cheese, Go To Blend, milk, and 4 Tbsp of the butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  3. Drop dough by small to medium spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet, spacing evenly.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. While biscuits bake, melt the remaining 2 Tbsp butter and stir in Seafood Blend and chopped chives.
  6. Brush hot biscuits with the seasoned butter mixture as soon as they come out of the oven.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
