- 3 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 3/4 cup Vegan Meat Crumbles
- 2 tbsp Plant Butter
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 2 large cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp Cooking with Greens Creole blend
- 2 tsp Cooking with Greens Spicy Umami Blend
- 1/2 tsp Cooking with Greens No Salt Onion Black Pepper Blend
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Basmati Rice
In a large dutch oven, melt butter and add in meat crumbles and sausage. Cook until browned. Add in peppers, onions and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes. Sprinkle in seasonings, rice and Worcestershire sauce. Add in broth and bring to boil. Lower heat to simmer and cover. Cook for about 24 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice and serve!
