Vegan Beetz Jackfruit Cuban pulled "Pork"

  • 2 Cans green Jackfruit
  • 1 lg onion diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Cooking with Greens Spicy Umami Blend
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking with Greens Pink Himalayan Sea salt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp Cooking with Greens No salt Italian blend
  • Crusty bread
  • Vegan Mayo
  • Vegan Swiss cheese
  • Vegan ham deli slices
  • pickle slices

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss Jackfruit, onion, olive oil, garlic'lemon juice and seasoning blends. Place jackfruit mixture in baking dish and cook for 15 minutes, then broil for an additional 15 minutes . Build sandwich in this order, bread, vegan mayo, vegan swiss, vegan ham, jackfruit, sliced pickles, swiss chesse, bread. Place sandwich in hot skillet and press with another cast iron skillet . Flip and serve
